5min walk at the Pier of the Excelsior Hotel away from the party, till the end of the iron panorama Rondelle, dipped my hand in the seawater and went back. 5min at the terrace at San Servolo facing Lido.

Could be done as a venting the head and watching the scenery from distance, whatever it is what you are doing. Here is was a dancing posh crowd, lights, a beach, a luxury hotel. The distance and the detaching from the dynamics is soothing.

I need to turn away as well, to not be in a dynamic which makes me think too much and where I want to start to escape. Just do it. Go away, like from a wedding and return within 5min. That is normally enough to calm down and reorient.

Good, it came up when I needed it. An escape, a fire staircase, a nighflight. A technique to get an overview and feel yourself again. Making conscious what is happening.

BEFORE: Venice Film Festival ending and final evening with all the prize winning gala stuff and watching the dreadful and supposedly dangerous Silver Lion from Greece gave not much space for DN. I did a bit. If the rest is „work“ may be discussed.

WHILE: Venting the soul/head/mind. Needing to get away. At the terrace no mind for doing DN anymore, rearranged the 1m plastic frogs so that they looked like dancing.

AFTER: Tired. Needed sleep urgently again.

Lying / sitting on the banks of the danube river, looking into the skies and watching the varying waves.. Slowly paddeling upstream and drifting down the river..

DN has subtle yet profound and perceptible impacts on my daily routine, f.i. i become able to look on things and events instead of reacting impulsively.. I slow down, with the result that i can wait and watch what will evolve, while being totally present and alert.. TAO in Action?

The shifting between the states of mind works better and better – a new behaviour seems to be in the making..

Very good. I am on a good way. And i don`t have resistance any more – I know whereto i want..
