That I can dig my head in and bite and nag around being miserable and turning arguments here and there in my head, so that there is not much space for anything else. Time passes. Is that a good thing? Failed in working properly and just dealing with private issues instead. Not good. Discipline is needed, otherwise there is no DN and no work and no happiness. All things at their time. Breed on things in the evening if you want to, but not during the day…

BEFORE: Homing in on respect, trust and fairness. Cost me 2h. Did not work and a meeting did not work out as well. Even though I got up early the day passes by…
WHILE: Good. Curious. A no-mind (more like I don´t mind) state. Like a detached tourist without a goal Found a Carrera Bahn in a box, maybe it works, maybe not – did not want to take it with me, too much of a burden during doing nothing. Should have more lookedinside and feel the cars and the rails. Some childhood memories came up…
Notes: Früchte und Dornen / den Himmel rekonstruieren / crossing paths and swiveling, swaffeling microflies / fleeing planes / criss crossed trails / is life the same? / diffusion in the air? / that´s all? / The park at Engelsbecken and the people, mostly turks, is great / go there again! / Interesting fountain / very Indian /

Sitting in the gardens with legs up, watching the clouds and plants… Made a pause during an exhausting bike ride, calming down, overlooking the hills..

Yesterday´s feelings got more intense now, the evolving DN-Mindset merges into my daily routines and raises my awareness and my being present – the observer seems to be in attendance… It is an elevating feeling of calmness, stillness..
